Commercial Fireproofing:
Fireproofing Quantity (Global)
We execute Fireproofing works across India, the UAE and are now expanding into the USA. Over the last few years we have executed over 1,000,000 sqft of Fireproofing works through our team of 200 qualified spraymen.
Globally, we work primarily in the Industrial Fireproofing segment where we used products such as Pyrocrete 40, 241 HY and 241 depending upon the project requirement.

A/D Firefilm III is a water based decorative thin film intumescent fire resistive coating for protection of interior structural steel. It is VOC compliant with governmental health and safety regulations. It has UL, ULC, FM and Warnock Hersey approvals to meet most fire protection requirements upto a 3 hour rating. A/D Firefilm III will provide the smoothest finish of the intumescent products.
-
Thermo-Sorb VOC is an acrylic thin film intumescent fire resistive coating design for the protection of interior structural steel. Being solvent based it will allow faster build up of thicknesses versus a water based product.
-
Thermo-Sorb 263 is a solvent based interior thin film intumescent coating. It has fire rating upto 3 hours depending upon the UL design. It is not recommended for long term exterior exposure.
-
Thermo Lag 3000 is an exterior rated epoxy based fire restive Intumescent fireproofing coating. Thermo Lag 3000 provides an extremely durable protective fireproofing finish for both E119 and UL1709 rated assemblies. Typical applications include both commercial and industrial structural steel frame assemblies.
-
Thermo-Lag E100 and Thermo-Lag E100S are two component epoxys, 100% and 95% solilds respectively. It is an epoxy intumescent fireproofing designed for commercial and light industrial applications. It can provide a 1-3 hour cellulosic fire protection for steel beams, wide flange columns, pipe and tube column sections. It does not require reinforcing mesh. It provides for a fast cure and is rated for both exterior and interior applications.

Flame Control No. 10-10 is a Class A, interior, flat, alkyd type, fire retardant paint, manufactured In accordance with Federal Specification TTP-26C. No. 10-10 dries quickly to a velvety flat finish, having the appearance of a conventional paint. On contact with flame or excessive heat, the coating decomposes and puffs up (intumesces) forming a thick, dense, spongy foam layer that checks flame spread and retards heat penetration. 10-10A provides a Class A rating up to 1 hour.
-
Flame Control No. 20-20A is a class A, interior, low VOC, water base, flat latex, fire retardant paint. It can provide a 30 minute rating when two coats are applied at recommended application rates. In the presence of heat or flame the coating intumesces and forms a thick, sponge like cellular foam layer that insulates the substrate reducing the penetration of heat, thus retarding the flame spread and delaying structural failure.
-
Flame Control No. 60-60A has met the criteria for use as a 15-minute thermal barrier on Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF). No. 60-60A is a low VOC, water-based intumescent coating that dries to a flat finish.
Flame Control 60-60A has been evaluated for use as a fire-protective coating for spray foam plastic products. The coating has been evaluated for the contribution of wall and ceiling finish to room fire growth.
No. 60-60A was subjected to flammability testing per NFPA 286 and successfully met the criteria listed in the 2012, 2015, and 2018 International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC)
Flame Control 60-60A evaluated is satisfactory alternative to those prescribed in the following codes & regulations:
2021, 2018, 2015 and 2012 International Building Code (IBC)
2021, 2018, 2015 and 2012 International Residential Code (IRC)

Type 5 GP (General Purpose) is a gypsum based cementitious fireproofing product designed to provide fire protection to various steel and concrete substrates for interior applications. It offers some of the best UL design thicknesses in the industry making it a very cost effective application. It is both user friendly and environmentally safe.
-
Type 5 MD (Medium Density) is a gypsum based cementitious fireproofing product designed to be used where higher levels of abuse are anticipated but moisture concern is not present. It offers some of the best UL design thicknesses in the industry making it a very cost effective application.
-
Type 7 GP (General Purpose) is a Portland cement based cementitious fireproofing product designed to be use in both commercial and industrial applications. It is a hard, moisture resistant product designed to handle both physical abuse as well as moisture or high humidity. Parking garages, swimming pools, gymnasiums, mechanical rooms etc are typical applications.
-
Type 7 HD (High Density) is a Portland cement based cementitious fireproofing designed for use in both commercial and industrial applications. It is used in areas in which the environment requires a higher level of abrasion, hardness, bond strength etc than that of the Type 7 GP product. Typical applications would be parking garages, pools, gymnasiums, mechanical rooms etc.
-
Type 7 TB (Thermal Barrier) is a Portland cement based cementitious fireproofing designed for use over Spray Polyurethane foam Insulation. (SPF) It is designed to provide a 15 minute thermal barrier as dictated by the IBC code. It will provide a hard durable finish over the (SPF) as well as be well suited for applications in which high humidity will be a concern.
-
Type DK3 (Deck Kote) is a Portland cement based fireproofing which is required to be used with cellular deck as well as most roof deck assemblies. It is applied in a “spattering” prior to the application of the fireproofing to improve fireproofing retention during fire exposure. Type DK3 is included as part of the fireproofing thickness.
-
Type TC-55 is a water based sealer/bonding agent. It can be used as a bonding agent over primed structural steel or as a sealer over the fireproofing. It does not have any adverse affects on the fire rating of spray applied fireproofing.
-
Pyrocrete 40 is a Portland cement high density fireproofing designed for both interior and exterior applications. It is primarily designed to be used in exterior environments in which long term durability, bond strength, hardness and abrasion are the key requirements. It can also be used in conjunction with additional coatings to provide a more enhanced product offering in severe corrosive atmospheres
-
Pyrocrete 241 is a Portland cement high density fireproofing for exterior applications. It has a density of 55 pcf and can be troweled applied over metal lath. It is most often used on refineries and corrosive environments with the highest requirements for long term performance.
-
Accelerator A-20 is used in conjunction with the gypsum based fireproofing products, Type 5 GP and Type 5 MD, to provide a faster set time as well as yield enhancement.
