Arizul Islam

Founder

Arizul Islam is a mechanical engineer and executive leader with cross-regional experience in delivering industrial projects as a coatings and linings specialist across the United States and the Middle East. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT, Vellore (India) and has graduated business school from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, combining technical depth with strategic and financial leadership.

In the United States and the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Islam has founded, led, and scaled coatings and linings specialist businesses, overseeing project execution, contracting operations, and organizational development across both markets. His responsibilities have included corporate governance, operational oversight, and strategic growth, with a consistent focus on disciplined execution, risk management, and building resilient organizations anchored in quality, safety, and long-term value creation.

Ryan McCardell

Head of Projects

Ryan McCardell serves as Head of Projects, bringing over a decade of hands-on and leadership experience in fireproofing, insulation, plastering, and industrial specialty works. He began his career in 2013 through the plasterers’ union apprenticeship program, gaining a strong technical foundation across stucco, EFIS, ornamental plastering, and fireproofing, and contributing to major projects including Comcast Technology Center, FMC Tower, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the King of Prussia Mall expansion.

Over the course of his career in both union and non-union environments, Ryan has progressed from field execution roles to senior project leadership. In recent years, he has served as Superintendent, overseeing multiple projects and crews while managing critical operational functions including scheduling, payroll, material procurement, billing, estimation, and daily coordination with clients and ownership. An accredited Journeyman Plasterer in Pennsylvania, Ryan holds extensive safety and equipment certifications, and is recognized for his disciplined approach to execution, safety leadership, and delivery excellence
